1. To research and develop ECTI technologies that fulfill industrial needs for the commercialization.
2. To be a center for collaboration on ECTI technologies development with industrial sector and academia.
3. To enhance competitiveness of ECTI industries by promoting product testing systems and product and service quality assurance to achieve international standards.
4. To promote and accelerate the provision of Information Technology (IT) services in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of work in both private and public sectors.
5. To promote the development of knowledge, capabilities, and skills of human resources.
6. To formulate and recommend policies, measures and action plans in accordance with the National ICT Master Plan.
